Refund policy
Each item is made-to-order through our print provider (Printful). Because our products are custom printed, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a defect, damage, or a printing error.

Damaged or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work with our print provider to replace the item at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Size Orders
Please double-check the size chart before ordering.
Since each item is made just for you, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for size or color preferences once the order is placed.

Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package doesn’t arrive, please contact us and we’ll help investigate.
If the address provided was incorrect, we cannot offer replacements or refunds.
If the package is lost by the carrier, we’ll work with Printful to send a replacement.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within a few hours of purchase, before production begins. Once printing starts, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Returns
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns unless there’s a manufacturing or printing issue.
Please contact us before sending any items back — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
