Thank you for shopping with Skully Haven! Below is our shipping policy, which explains how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery for your orders.
1. Order Processing
All items are made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be processed, printed, and packaged before it ships. During high-demand seasons or holidays, processing times may take a little longer.
2. Shipping Times
Once your order has been fulfilled, it will be shipped via standard delivery.
Average shipping times within the United States are:

Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days after fulfillment

Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days after fulfillment
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered. We currently ship within the United States only.
4. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we are not responsible for the order being lost, delayed, or returned.
If a package is returned to Printful due to an address issue, additional shipping costs may apply to resend it.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier first to see if it was misplaced. Skully Haven is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but not received. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at Skullyhelp444@gmail.com — we’ll work with Printful to help resolve the issue.
6. Order Tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
7. Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This happens because products are sometimes fulfilled at different Printful facilities.
8. Delays
Delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, or high demand. We do our best to ensure your order arrives on time but cannot guarantee delivery dates.
